Move over table-flipping drama—Diamond Divas is here to make the jewelry world binge-worthy and hilarious.
New York–based brand Shahla Karimi just launched a social-first reality series featuring their all-female team, blending real-life benchwork chaos with improv comedy. The first episodes, titled “Mike’s Big Year” and “Practice Makes Perfect,” are now streaming on TikTok, IG, and YouTube Shorts.
🎥 Think “Say Yes to the Dress” meets “The Office”—but in a diamond workshop.
Led by showrunner Sophia Strawser (with a comedy background), the series leans into scripted-realism, using actors and improv comics to portray customers, while spotlighting the behind-the-scenes lives of the “Divas.” The cast includes creative director Emma Scaramozzino, who calls herself “the ham” of the group.
Forget flipping tables—this is about real personalities, funny customer moments, and the beautiful chaos of custom fine jewelry. With three episodes dropping per week, the brand hopes it could evolve into a full-blown TV deal.
Because, as Strawser puts it:
“Jewelry has so much storytelling. We just added a little punchline.”
