Its sessions will focus on inventory strategies, staff performance, retention and acquisition, emerging market trends, and more.

The Edge and The Edge Retail Academy have announced their annual conference for 2025.
The Edge and Edge Academy conference is set to take place Sept. 15 to 17 at the Edge headquarters at 3 Corporate Drive in Shelton, Connecticut.
The 3-day event will feature expert-led sessions focused on profitability and preparing retailers for a strong fourth quarter and beyond, said the jewelry retailer solutions company and jewelry business coaching firm.
“This event is about empowering our customers,” said Dick Abbott, president of The Edge.
“By combining in-person learning with peer networking and a focus on the future, we’re helping retailers not only stay competitive but thrive in an ever-changing market.”
The conference agenda includes information on inventory strategies, staff performance, client retention and acquisition, and emerging market trends.
Attendees will also see new features from The Edge and advanced tools like Edge Pulse, a mobile tool designed to provide real-time insights into sales, sales team performance, and top sellers.
The event will also include networking events—a welcome cocktail reception on the evening of Monday, Sept. 15, and a group dinner on the night of Tuesday, Sept. 16.
The 2025 Edge and Edge Academy conference is exclusively for Edge users and Edge Retail Academy members.
Participation is open to owners or managers, with one to two representatives admitted per store.
Space is limited, and spots are expected to fill quickly, according to the companies, who encourage retailers to register early.
