Is that an engagement ring we see? Sophie Turner may be spending most of her time laying low in London these days, but as soon as she stepped foot back in New York City this week, her inner party girl — and what looks to be a big reveal — came right out.
On Thursday, the Game of Thrones alum had a busy day of press while promoting her film Trust, which debuts later this month. And as she toured the city, she wowed in a party girl wardrobe that went from day to night.

Her first ensemble was a skin-tight snakeskin-print midi dress. It had barely-there spaghetti straps and a lace-up sweetheart neckline accented with silver grommets, which gave the piece a slightly punk spin. The Bazaar Woman of the Year award-winner paired the dress with burgundy leather kitten heels with the sleekest of peeptoes, and alien-esque black shades.
But her most surprising accessory? The chunky gold ring featuring a giant diamond, which she wore on her ring finger.
It's true that Turner’s stylist could have chosen that as the standout jewellery piece for this look, but the actress wore the diamond ring all day — when she was off duty and in a zip-up hoodie walking around Manhattan, and when she went on Late Night With Seth Meyers.
For the TV appearance, she paired the gleaming rock with a see-through black lace midi dress by Stella McCartney, which she wore with matching lingerie and peeptoe heels.
Turner divorced the father of her two daughters, Joe Jonas, in September 2024, after a long custody battle. The two originally split a year earlier, and while Turner has called that time “incredibly sad” and “the worst few days of my life,” she eventually moved on with her now-beau, British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson.
Turner and Pearson split briefly earlier this year, but reunited this summer. And per the look of things, maybe the couple is now more serious than ever. Time will surely tell.
