Mikimoto’s latest high jewelry collection, “Les Pétales,” transforms cultured Akoya pearls into poetic tributes to nature—specifically, the fleeting moment when rose petals flutter in the wind.
Unveiled at Haute Couture Week in Paris, the more than 40-piece collection captures movement and grace with Akoya pearls, morganite, tourmaline, South Sea pearls, diamonds, sapphires, and 18-karat yellow, white, and rose gold.
“Beckoned by the wind, rose petals flutter gently… and bloom forevermore,” says Mikimoto.
