Every October, the jewelry world trades carats for causes — and this year, it’s personal. From London to Los Angeles, brands are adorning their collections in pink sapphires, opals, and gold charms of hope, each piece symbolizing solidarity, survival, and strength during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
For Robinson Pelham, the message is clear: beauty can heal. Their signature Tsar Star earrings — worn by none other than the Princess of Wales — now shimmer with pink sapphires, with 10% of proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) and the Pink Fund. “It’s more than jewelry. It’s about celebrating strength,” says creative director Vanessa Chilton.

In Nashville, Yearly Company founder Ann Brennan Williams is turning her own breast cancer journey into empowerment. After completing chemo in 2024, she calls herself an “accidental advocate,” launching a collaboration with Lizzie Mandler that donates proceeds to the Pink Fund. “Jewelry became armor,” she says. “It helps you feel like yourself again.”

Jane Win joins the movement with a heart-shaped pendant engraved love, courage, strength, supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute — a piece designed to carry meaning long after the fight is over.
Across the map, more brands are joining in:
- Haverhill donates 10% of its Strength in Words collection (each featuring a pink sapphire) to Bright Pink.
- Olive & Piper gives 100% of proceeds from its Roselle studs to the Canadian Cancer Society.
- Marco Bicego pledges $10,000 from its pink opal Lunaria capsule to Susan G. Komen.
- Lagos and Tiny Tags are also contributing portions of sales from their pink-themed pieces to breast cancer research and patient support.
From survivors to designers, from pink gems to pure grit, this movement isn’t about fashion — it’s about fighting back in style. Every bracelet, pendant, and earring sold this month proves that jewelry’s greatest sparkle comes from purpose.
