Frederick Goldman Inc., one of North America’s largest fine jewelry manufacturers, has appointed Alisa Bunger as vice president of sales for its independent jewelers channel, signaling a renewed focus on personalized partnerships and strategic growth across the independent retail landscape.
With over 30 years in the jewelry and luxury sector, Bunger brings deep expertise in sales strategy, retail operations, and brand development. She most recently served as VP of U.S. sales and operations at Chic Pistachio, the parent company behind popular brands Ania Haie and Aurelie Gi, where she helped drive expansion in the U.S. wholesale market.
Before that, she held key leadership roles at PAJ’s U.S. division and at Signet Jewelers, where she served as general manager, inventory manager, and management development specialist — gaining firsthand experience with both large-scale retail systems and independent store operations.
Bunger’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Frederick Goldman, whose portfolio includes iconic bridal and fashion jewelry brands such as ArtCarved, Lashbrook, and Scott Kay. As consumer trends shift toward bespoke and sustainability-driven jewelry, her role will be critical in reinforcing the company’s relationship-driven sales strategy and empowering independents to thrive in a market increasingly dominated by digital-first and direct-to-consumer players.
Her extensive network and proven record in building brand presence across multiple price points make her one of the industry’s most respected sales leaders — and her move to Frederick Goldman signals the company’s ambition to reclaim market share in the independent retail space.
