
A 12.56-carat sapphire will go under the hammer at an upcoming Sotheby’s auction in Hong Kong, where it is expected to fetch up HKD 20 million ($2.6 million).
The ring, bearing a cushion-shaped Kashmir sapphire between two trapeze-shaped diamonds, will headline the September 19 High Jewelry sale, according to the auction house’s website. The 202-lot sale will showcase a variety of colored stones, including rubies, jadeites and emeralds.
In addition, the auction will feature jewelry from designers such as Cartier, Hermès and Chaumet.

Sotheby’s is offering this ring featuring a cushion-shaped, 10.02-carat Colombian emerald between two triangular diamonds for up to HKD 8.5 million ($1.1 million).

This necklace comprising 21 oval and cushion-shaped Burmese rubies weighing a total of 61.91 carats, with alternating old mine- and brilliant-cut diamonds, has an upper presale price of HKD 8 million ($1 million).

A ring containing an oval jadeite cabochon stone is expected to garner up to HKD 8 million ($1 million).

This necklace comprises 39 graduated intense-green jadeite beads, connected by a boule clasp featuring brilliant-cut diamonds. It has an upper estimate of HKD 8 million ($1 million).

A jadeite necklace featuring 73 graduated highly translucent vivid-green beads, with a clasp boasting calibré-cut rubies and diamonds, is set to make up to HKD 6.5 million ($833,741).
