The Italian label is going all in on lively, spirited gemstones, right on the heels of surging cultural interest in vintage jewels.
As the latest in a series of Prada Fine Jewelry launches, Couleur Vivante stands out from its array of sophisticated predecessors as the first jewelry collection—created by Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons—to employ colored gemstones in a remarkable exhibition of contemporary craftsmanship.
Stones like amethyst, aquamarine, madeira citrine, pink morganite, and oro-verde peridot come together to invent a distinct, vivid visual language that expresses Prada's playful, yet sophisticated identity in a series of pairings that feels at once unexpected and thoroughly contemplative. Abstract silhouettes, masterfully cut gems, and classic archetypes of jewelry are woven together, resulting in a collection that embodies the radical artistic sensibilities that the house is so known for exploring.
In the campaign, three women—actors Maya Hawke and Kim Tae-Ri, alongside activist and poet Amanda Gorman—are seen in monochrome, paired against a stunning display of the collection's striking jewels. The composition, artful as ever, allows the dreamy, abstracted beauty of the fine jewelry pieces to truly shine.

Drop earrings, solitaire rings, line bracelets, and rivière necklaces make up the collection, with each and every gemstone polished to brilliant, colorful perfection. The jewelry styles themselves are classic and undeniably sophisticated, but with quintessentially Prada triangular gemstone cuts and vibrant jewels, each piece becomes a lesson in the artful duality of luxury.
Customers who shop the collection are also invited to explore their item's story, as each piece has been recorded in the Aura Consortium blockchain—a move that exemplifies transparency and authenticity, as well as the line's rich narrative. Images from each stage of transformation have been recorded, illustrating exactly how each gemstone came to be, from rough jewel to cut, polished stone.
