Italian fine jewelry brand Miseno is gearing up for a spectacular year in 2025, marking its 10th anniversary with exclusive events and a brand-new collection. The milestone comes as founder Antonio Cardamuro wraps up a year full of accomplishments, including the opening of Miseno's artisan workshop near Naples and an extensive U.S. tour to showcase new jewelry pieces and meet with clients.
Before the anniversary festivities officially begin, Cardamuro will head to Vicenza, Italy, to showcase Miseno’s creations at the semiannual VicenzaOro boutique jewelry show.
One of the standout pieces from Miseno in 2024 was the Baia Sommersa necklace from the brand’s Baia collection. This exquisite piece, highlighted at several U.S. events last year, was a best-seller and continues to captivate jewelry lovers.
In the spring, Miseno will unveil the Arco collection, a tribute to the brand's decade-long journey. Founded in October 2014, Miseno was born out of Cardamuro’s extensive experience in heritage jewelry houses, and the brand has continued to evolve with the help of his son, daughter, and nephew, who have brought fresh perspectives to the family business.
Cardamuro shared, “Jewelry should always tell a story, capturing the emotions and moments that shape our lives. Every piece we create is imbued with personal significance, whether it’s a milestone, cherished memory, or a unique sentiment."
He added, “I’m excited to continue crafting jewelry that resonates with people and celebrates individuality.”
Though Cardamuro is known for his deep passion for jewelry and fashion, he has an interesting background. Describing himself as a “true Neapolitan,” Cardamuro began his career as a pizza maker before joining the prestigious Bulgari in 1988. He eventually became vice president after rising through the ranks, learning the intricacies of exquisite gems and the stories behind them. He later took on a vice president role at Buccellati, where he further honed his understanding of luxury and craftsmanship.
Miseno’s Ischia earrings (priced at $19,800) are a perfect example of Cardamuro’s vision, featuring 2.69 cts. t.w. white diamonds, 1.57 cts. t.w. blue sapphires, and 1.31 cts. t.w. emeralds, set in 18k white gold.
Cardamuro’s goal for Miseno is to establish it as a renowned Italian lifestyle brand, embodying Italy’s rich heritage and artistry. With a deep commitment to craftsmanship, Miseno strives to resonate with customers on a personal level, with the aim of becoming synonymous with quality, style, and authentic connections.
