Michael Jackson’s Gift to Elizabeth Taylor Hits the Auction Block—Here’s Your Chance to Own It!

A dazzling piece of Hollywood history is up for grabs—the diamond bracelet that Michael Jackson gifted to Elizabeth Taylor is set to be auctioned on January 30 at U.K.-based auction house Woolley & Wallis.

This stunning line bracelet features 27 graduated radiant-cut yellow diamonds, with the largest stone weighing an impressive 3.38 carats. The bracelet is expected to fetch between $61,000 and $86,000 (£50,000 to £70,000). Previously, the piece sold for $182,500 at a Christie’s auction in 2011.

“This breathtaking bracelet carries an extraordinary provenance that continues to captivate collectors,” said Marielle Whiting, jewelry specialist at Woolley & Wallis.

The deep friendship between Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor was a Hollywood legend. Beyond public fascination, their bond was one of mutual understanding and loyalty. Jackson even named Taylor the godmother of his daughter, Paris Jackson.

Known for his extravagant gestures, Jackson frequently gifted Taylor with exquisite jewelry. One such treasure—a diamond, emerald, and ruby Massoni monkey necklace—is currently displayed at M.S. Rau in New Orleans.

Reflecting on her iconic jewelry collection, Taylor once remarked, “I feel as though I’m only the custodian of my jewelry. When I die and they go off to auction, I hope whoever buys them gives them a really good home.”

Will you be the next custodian of this legendary Hollywood treasure?
