Kinn Studio’s founder, Jennie Yoon, has opened her dream flagship store in Culver City, California, located at 8840 Washington Blvd. in Platform, a popular shopping spot known for its blend of fashion, wellness, and culinary retailers. This new space reflects Yoon's vision of creating a warm, immersive setting where customers can connect with fine jewelry in person.
Designed with natural materials like marble, solid oak, and polished brass, the store exudes elegance and intimacy. Yoon collaborated with Los Angeles interior designer Lauren Moore from the Design Assembly to craft the space, featuring custom jewelry displays and a serene color palette of soft whites, warm beiges, and Kinn’s signature blue-green hue. “There’s beauty in the uniqueness of natural stone—no two pieces are alike,” Yoon shared, highlighting the appeal of incorporating distinct, organic textures.
This flagship holds special significance for Yoon, as Culver City is where she hosted her first pop-up, connecting with customers in a meaningful way. The store provides dedicated areas for custom jewelry consultations, private shopping events, and appointments for engagement and wedding rings. “I want visitors to feel surrounded by luxury but also at ease,” Yoon explained, emphasizing her desire for customers to feel welcome and inspired as they explore.
