Kesslers Diamonds’ Kenosha Store Blends Luxury With Fun and Refreshments

broken image

Kesslers Diamonds has unveiled its highly anticipated Kenosha, Wisconsin store, creating a space that redefines the jewelry shopping experience. From elegant design to refreshing beer taps, the store is designed to engage and delight customers at every turn.

A Decade in the Making

Located at 7563 122nd Court, the 3,400-square-foot store officially opened in October and celebrated its grand opening on November 1 and 2. “We’ve been looking to build in Kenosha for the past 10 years,” says Jim Bretzel, Kesslers’ operations director. Designed in collaboration with Retailworks, the store combines maximalist design with functional elements to create a memorable customer experience.

Bold Design and Engaging Spaces

The Kenosha store’s aesthetic features creamy whites, grays, and taupes accented by Kesslers’ signature red. Eye-catching elements include:

  • Interlocking circles on the ceiling.
  • Wall designs with faceted shapes.
  • Unique light fixtures resembling dangling earrings and strings of pearls.

The design reflects Kenosha’s lakeside charm, with airy sheer drapes adding elegance. “Our stores are tailored to their communities,” Bretzel explains, noting that Kesslers’ Appleton, Wisconsin, location incorporates rustic, woodsy decor for its outdoor-loving clientele.

Shopping Meets Relaxation

Kesslers’ Kenosha store stands out with a refreshment area featuring two beer taps, juice boxes for kids, and a goldsmith shop viewing window where visitors can watch skilled artisans at work. Families and couples will find:

  • Private seating for engagement ring consultations.
  • Semi-private booths for custom jewelry designs.
  • A champagne service for couples picking up wedding or engagement rings.

In a quiet corner, video-game machines entertain kids and patient spouses, ensuring the entire family enjoys the visit.

Building Memorable Experiences

Bretzel believes that exceptional customer experiences are the key to success. “If they have a great time, they’ll tell their friends,” he says. By blending luxury with playful touches, Kesslers Diamonds is setting a new standard for jewelry retail, making shopping exciting, fun, and unforgettable.
