💍 US consumers are going gemstone crazy! A fresh 2025 survey by The Plumb Club shows that 65% of buyers are actively seeking jewelry featuring birthstones. That’s not a trend — it’s a gemstone revolution! 💥

💎 Top Gemstone Highlights

  • 🌈 39% of shoppers want bright-colored gems (⬆️ up 7% from 2023)
  • 🤍 Neutral tones? Only 34% still want them (⬇️ down 12%)
  • 🦪 81% love pearls — especially for gifting
    • 52% prefer white pearls
    • 25% go for colored pearls
    • 50% want the classic strand
    • 32% opt for modern designs

✨ Metal Madness

  • 💛 Yellow gold is #1 at 26%
  • 🤍 White gold trails close at 24%
  • 👑 Platinum: 23%
    Even with gold prices rising, 50% of consumers still love gold best, no matter the shade!

  • 💍 Rings: 28% (still reigning supreme)
  • 🧏 Earrings: 24% (but dropped 9% from last year)
  • 📿 Necklaces: 23% (gained 3%!)

  • 46% want gemstone/diamond accents
  • 30% love bling-heavy styles
  • 24% keep it clean with plain bands

  • 51% = Stud lovers
  • 37% = Drop fans
  • 32% = Chandelier drama seekers

💖 Personalization = EVERYTHING

  • 69% said personalized jewelry is important or VERY important
  • 64% want custom messages, initials, or meaningful dates engraved 📝
