Avi & Co. Celebrates New Aspen Boutique with a Spectacular Three-Day Launch
To mark the grand opening of Avi & Co.’s new boutique in Aspen, Colorado, founder and CEO Avi Hiaeve hosted a lavish three-day event showcasing his exquisite collection of luxury watches and jewelry.
The boutique, situated at 602 E. Cooper Ave., officially opened its doors on February 14—a fitting day, according to Hiaeve, for celebrating high-end jewelry and fine timepieces. Pre-opening festivities kicked off on February 13 with a cocktail event showcasing exclusive watches from prestigious brands such as Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Rolex, alongside Avi & Co.'s renowned diamond and gemstone jewelry. The evening culminated with an exclusive VIP dinner featuring music and dancing at the elite private members' club within Casa Tua restaurant.
On opening day, February 14, Avi & Co. held an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Hiaeve addressed guests, expressing excitement about expanding the brand's presence in Aspen. Attendees enjoyed a festive atmosphere complete with sushi catered by the celebrated local restaurant Matsuhisa, attracting both loyal collectors and jewelry enthusiasts from around the area.
Throughout the grand opening celebrations, Avi & Co. also hosted a winter-themed pop-up boutique at the luxurious St. Regis Aspen resort. From February 13–15, visitors and hotel guests could explore curated selections in the resort’s Highlands Room, transformed into a winter wonderland. The pop-up mirrored the style and sophistication customers can expect from the new downtown boutique.
Designed to harmonize with Aspen’s natural beauty, the boutique interior features earthy, nature-inspired tones, bronze-accented display cases, and comfortable seating areas where collectors can comfortably browse and discuss their favorite pieces.
